Teammates are helpful but managers do no take any accountability or responsibility for any errors or mistakes i.e. if you do your work good, it's a team effort with all accountability to the mangers but if anything goes wrong the accountability lies with the juniors Not a place for freshers, 5+ experience will do really great Trainin g is very unstructured and not at all useful The overall organization and work is very unstructured No performance benifits or any others benefits Politics between managers are too much, you just need to pick a side and you will do fine just, don't get in targetted...Read More

I worked as a research associate. I was responsible for generating research reports on a daily or weekly basis based on the required. My primary function was to conduct secondary research and provide insights to the clients.
