If you ask for a leave, that is your leave, you have to beg for it to the manager. She will not believe your reasons and ask for documents and proof. If you plan a vacation, they expect that you ask them first. They will act like your parents rather than managers. They don't know the difference between personal life and professionallife. They seem very nice at first but eventually they will pressurize you mentally so much that you either wanna give up or leave the organisation asap. They will make you work like a permanent employee with experience when you'll be a fresher with no prior experience. They will give you some mere training for 2-3 hours and then ask to start production on an enormous scale which can't be done in stipulated work hours that is 9 hours. You have to do 12 hours work everyday with the same 10k salary in hand. They promise to increse salary after 6 months of employment but here I am in my 7 month with the same salary and double work load. My advice to you is PLEASE DONT JOIN NETSCRIBES. Wait for sometime more. You'll find something better than this. But don't do the mistake of joining Netscribes. It's the worst organization to work for....Read More

There is no transparency in the job we do . There Is a Merger and Acquisition ,the manager in that is worst does not know anything about company rules and threatens his juniors randomly .His attitude is too casual for a corporate environment .He is supported by his team Lead Navin Kiradoo who is also very evil in nature .

My teammates were really good and cooperative. Trainers were great. Team leads and managers gave me the time to learn and cope up with the work. Work hours was flexible and managers allowed me to come at flexible timing in special cases. Overall its a good place for a fresher.

Dislikes

Career growth aspect is a bit dull. After a certain point of time, which is not very long from when one joins, the work gets a bit monotonous. Heard of some internal politics but never faced it directly. Though a good place for freshers but one should look for better opportunities.

In my team I enjoyed a good amount of work life balance. There was monthly bonus system which was another plus, though the competition was very tough and only a handful of people would get it. Also, there was politics involved in it, evident from the same group of people getting bonuses in some teams.

Dislikes

Honestly the job was very very easy, to the extent that you do not need much qualification. But undue pressure would be mounted on us and work would be scrutunized in a way that hardly made sense. For eg, we would get error points for each mistake that we made. Even missing out on a comma, full stop or space or making a silly spelling mistake would carry a 2 point error. Work is done only by the juniors. The seniors have no work whatsoever. Their only job is perhaps to force the juniors to do extra work so that they get more bonus amounts (pls note:they would get bonus every month without having to work at all, just by fulfilling the criteria of no more than two leaves in a month. Work environment is pretty good. Timing is manageable. Training provided is understandable. Job satisfaction is not upto the mark but job security is guaranteed. Career-wise, one should not expect that he/she might learn a lot of new things as the work here, after sometime, gets monotonous. Salary is "okay" for a fresher, but the pay is "not okay" for an experienced worker. Appraisal depends on your quality and quantity of work and your relationship with the team lead, which SHOULD NOT mean you have to butter the team lead. Office politics is in every office.
