I like about working in netscribes, that the management of FRM-Fraud and risk management is the most disgusting management. They only know how to execute their plan through their employees and doing experiments with employees. i.e., pressurised employees to complete work on time and extending working hour without any incentives or over time pay. The Management of FRM. Worst management in netscribes. Frm management plays with employees whether the employees are facing any kind of serious issue or medical issue but SOUROJIT SARKHEL and RANJIT CHOWDHRY want them to be in floor before shift timing and want them to extend their work by allocating incidents without any overtime pay. If you are reading this then please share this information to everyone. Sourojit sarkhel wants to keep his own person because he is getting some commission through clients and even Ranjit chowdhry also in this game. But due to this toxic work culture many employees were left from the organisation. Didn’t provide any PF’s , No allowance, no benefits , no fun activities, only work work and work. But the FRM management is chill with their own business because they only want their work to be done by employees and they only send the data to the clients. They had pattern to terminate employees by giving escalation forced by SOUROJIT and RANJIT. In holidays they provided a comp. off no double pay , no triple pay. No cab facilities provide by organisation even 🤣 they don’t have their own parking as well....Read More

Too much work pressure, dirty office politics, no work life balance, biased management and seniors who wants oiling from the juniors.

I worked there as an associate for a year. I lost my job during the lock down. There are dirt office politics, huge work pressure and management is very poor and very biased. If you are thinking about growing your career here then please do not join.
