Literally Nothing, all you can get is disappointment, for better appraisal you have to Buttering up the managers and leads, if you do your work efficiently and leave from office without having unnecessary interaction to mangers and other colleagues, you will be the next target for them, if you are close to an ex-employee and if they left the company not on a good note then they will humiliate you by mentioning them also tell you that your work's quality is decreasing because of them which doesn't make any sense. If you want to grow in your life then stay away as far as possible and if you don't have motivation in your life and buttering managers and leads are easy for you then you can take the offer and also most importantly about salary they will not give you the amount of salary they promised for every month, some months maybe you will be getting 2000 or 1500 rupees less from the salary, if you want to confront hr about this matter they won't give you proper explanation....Read More

The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there
They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.
