nothing is good , internal politics . there are 4 employees around from last 6 to 7 years they are working , now they are product managers . these managers feels they know every thing but very limited knowledge . they have to learn more i feel. they will under estimates the people . they don't know how to respect people. like thislot of thing are there . training is not there . only self learning. too much work pressure no proper timings. no proper planning i feel this is not suitable for seniors . ....Read More

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
