Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

They bully people and behave like corporate mafia. They don't even let people move to a different company. They'll give false and negative reviews about you in the company you wanna move to. HR is good for nothing doesn't address any grievances and pains of employees

Thank God for centralized appraisals, otherwise one wouldn't get a dime! The company culture is deteriorating with every passing minute. You won't get to learn new things unless the hierarchy sees their own benefit in it. Favourism and partiality goes hand in hand and at a peak level.

I am an existing employee in icici and really very disappointed after getting a job here 1. No training was provided to me over here 2. Totally field work was appointed to me i mean what is the use of my degrees as i am MBA in HR and marketing there is no use of it you will always have to be on field work. 3. Senior staff is not ready to hear about your problems threatening in nature , expecting targets to be achieved with out any training . 4. HR over here never pick your calls or revert to your mails 5.
