1. Hell lot of micro management in weekly meeting manager will ask every team member to share screen and show the ticket status although you already updated ticket but need to explain what has been updated verbally again. 2. Every one hour or two hours manager will ping you and ask what are you working on although anyone can check from jira on which ticket whom is working but still need to give update 3. Every day morning need to what we have done yesterday and how much time spends for what 4. Any time you will get ping from manager and he will ask you to check something even if you are running out of your bandwidth, again in some time he will keep pinging you what's the status. Some times he need answer in 1 Minute which is not possible. 5. No professional ways of communication, manager use to talk with team member disrespectful 6. Every time they will keep changing task priority 7. No proper KT (Knowledge Trasfer) will provide to you. 8. Shift timings of 9 hours is just on paper, we have to finish give tasks by manager they don't care it took 10 hours or 20 hours they only want returns 9. They will told you to learn new technologies but won't give you time learn. 10. They use to tell initially it's difficult for you all this but afterwards you will get used too it. 11. They use to told share your feedback, but when feedback is shared by us, they won't take that positively to improve, even you come directly on there radar. 12. Lot of politics in Indian management. Whole top management is Russian, so lot of times Indian employees are not trusted by them and have less opportunity and growth compared to Russian employees. There is no cab service by company, neither do they reimburse cab bills. Only reimburse fuel cost for your travel but that also comes withtax deduction. There are just no office parties or any celebrations Gifts they give on special occasions are very cheap. No yearly bonuses. No job security at all. There is no permenant job there. Theybrecruit ppl for 1 migration and layoff them when it ends after 1-2yr they have their own product suit and we will. B only learning and woriing on it. Which will. Not help u anyway for ur future projects. You can work here for 2 yrs for a good salary and resign.

5 days wfo (Soon they will implement across). Currently Admin, Finance and HR seems to be a scapegoat. Sometimes they work for 6 days. No perks, No hikes etc... Ok ok tech stack... HR will promise avg tenure 4+ etc. etc... reality all are old joiners. If you are working in some promising company do not quit for this company.

Product development is cutting edge and they are willing to experiment, Story is somewhat different for the service, but they have onsite opportunities so it depends what are your aspirations.

Dislikes

Too much distributed work force many teams mates are from Russia so language and communication pose a challenge sometimes among peers (you don't feel the same with higher management or senior employees). With in India also many times people from same team are at different locations, so for some you might lack a sense of belonging.
