Lot of politics in Indian management. Whole top management is Russian, so lot of times Indian employees are not trusted by them and have less opportunity and growth compared to Russian employees. There is no cab service by company, neither do they reimburse cab bills. Only reimburse fuel cost for your travel but that also comes withtax deduction. There are just no office parties or any celebrations Gifts they give on special occasions are very cheap. No yearly bonuses.
