Dislikes

Company don't run employees benefit schemes like providing health insurance, child care for working mothers, bonus or incentives for successful deliveries, The extra hours or weekends are not paid off, work from home (never before pre-Carona times), days are not given off for working on holiday or weekend.

One gets to work on many different projects at the same time. This provides opportunity to be part of project teams involved in building products for different industries ranging from ecommerce, publishing, healthcare, sports & entertainment and so on. Also if you are the one who gets excited to work on latest technology then there is no dearth of projects catering to that. Be assured that there will never be a dull moment when working here. You do not get shifted around in different profiles and people generally stay in one profile (dev, QC, BA, design) as per their skills. Though if you are keen to move to a different profile, organization is open to that as well. Compensation is good if you have the skills and perform well. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
