Terrible Managers and management decisions. Bringing in changes with out considering all aspects and impacts that it will make. No futuristic vision, all are short term visions and commitments. Skilled based work allocation, promotions and hikes is just a dream. Company is surviving purely based on staff augmented works along with the single Banking product they have.
