This is service based organisation hence you'll get to work on different technologies. Sometimes you've to work for the client on client location. Maybe for short time or long time. I worked on client site for almost 1.3 years.

Dislikes

When I was employee, I had to sign a bond for 1.2 years. For good increment again I was asked to sign a bond. Don't know about recent policies, but check before joining.

I will be as rational as i can about this. Nobody talks about the innovations, optimisations and efficiency, Its all about if its working or not. This is a service based company that means you have to crack client interviews. You fail 3 and you are terminated instantly. When you are working with the client, the work life balance is based on the client. Neosoft does not care about it. The management are just clowns. They like getting respect but not give it back. All in all, Its just a business. They do everything to get the profit and employees don't come under the consideration anywhere. Additionally, the leave policy is not favorable, as it is based on leave credits. Every month, 1.5+ leave days are added, which is reflected in the payslip (one full day and a half-day leave per month).

I joined neosoft as a sr devloper , on very first day as soon a I put my bag on table on guy told me why you have joined this organisation, they fire people within one or two months. In starting i thinked that they are playing some inner politics . But things around me changes when I have observed that really they are firing and hiring people as they only belong a materialistic things to them . They will provide you 3 or 5 chances to clear client interview if u fail to do so they will fire you within one day . Same story goes with me , sometime client is not willing or intrested in candidate so ultimately they will reject u . If you like tech and cricket, you will enjoy working here. We have this Neosoft Champions League cricket tournament which is my favourite. The office atmosphere is also lovely and comfortable. We work peacefully without any stress. Sometimes there is pressure but it is necessary if you want to improve and grow.
