I don't think there are any positive aspects of this company. They are paying only 10% to their employees so they don't resign. During this COVID-19 lockdown period they unable to feed their employees. They are making performance pressure on their employees and playing with their mental and emotional level by asking them to give 100%. Trust me they are not helping.

Dislikes

There are so many things about them which you going to dislike but the most important is they are not ethical and having no moral values. so hope you are getting my point without ethics and moral values you can't survive with this type of corporate killers with your hard work and dedication.
