Leave policy . Like other companies they don't provide separate holidays for either government or festival leave. It will be deducted from your monthly 1.5 days leave. Like 0.5 day leave for sick/casual/ festival leave .

Company is never bad, it's only management who is good or bad, the worst management and people, management doesn't now anything and what there leads to do their work, when you will ask for help Or guidance, you will get a reply that we are not here to spoon feed you, if you will ask a question they will not answer you and will ask another question to shut your mouth, they give impossible tasks to do, they even don't have any proper tracker to maintain no proper data where you can check info. and present your data, if you will not get any info. then how will you present any data, if u will ask your manager about data or anything they will advice you to contact someone else, and if you will reach out to third person then that person will send to another person and it goes on, in short you will never get correct info. And you will be unable to deliver your task on time. It is a good company with worst people. No over time policy and will force you to work 15 hours...Read More

As we are in the process of setting up the newly opened office in Gurugram, the company is actively working on amending policies to improve them for employees. Sometimes, employees may find it challenging to align with the vision and mindset of the management, which can make it difficult for them to relate and connect. Both owners of the company micromanage their senior leadership even in everyday tasks. The compensation and benefits are low and the annual bonus for managers is something that managers don't look forward to as it can be biased Gurugram office culture is not nice but people working remote in the philippines are okay.
