1. always ask to extend beyond your work time. 2. policy are against employees. for ex. some of fixed holidays are on weekends. 3. no compensation if worked on weekends 4. You cant have WFH, not even if you have to work on weekends.

Job security is not enough, work culture is not as per expectations, & management is very poor, bad politics. Their own office building but no canteen, very small cafeteria. Health policy- reimbursement of hospital bills are not approved, they will give any cheap reasons to avoid it. If you are doing multi tasking work then you willget increment of 5-10% without any bonus. No work satisfaction. Office is located in end of phase-3 & not even companies cab facility. They want you to join as soon as possible without any document from last organization, but they have a strict 2 months of notice period with no leaves. Training is not given to trainees but expectations are very high from them because they give 25k salary to freshers.
