Good company for experienced. Freshers start from small scale then switch to an MNC like this as you will get to learn a lot in ground execution than desk work in an MNC like this. Timings are Mon- Fri, flexible timing 9-6. One day wfh.

Working Hours Policy: The strictly enforced 9-hour policy, where employees are expected to work for 8.5 hours consecutively, without adequate breaks, can be physically and mentally taxing.
