The working culture is good and also the clientele is very nice. You get to a chance to work with most high profile clients and companies.

Dislikes

The overall organization is highly unorganized which makes it very to challenging to work with cross functional teams and higher management is also not cooperative enough and much interested in exchanging there learnings and teaching there peers.

Not a mature agency in Indian market. They are still figuring out how to run things internally. Client retention is very poor. Till now they are running under the name of Neil Patel but internally the company functioning is disbalanced. Employee attrition rate is very high.
