No any mision and vision, no any target. Maximum people are making time pass, follow 1 lunch 2 punch principle. Funny thing is that Many staffs use to sleep in office with big snoring sound 😴😴😁😂 . Maximum people are illiterate and unprofessional, senior people are with less than basic knowledge..... And they are head of department 😔😔. The funny thing is that some people get promotion back to back and some people are in same position since last 10 -15 years. There is no proper HR policy. No body will listen to anyone. One of the worst company i have ever face. Engineering head Mr. Parveen and Manager Engineering Mr. Bikramjit singh corrupted persons they don’t have sense how to behave with their employees. Their is no safety at all
