Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. One of the worst company i have ever face. Engineering head Mr. Parveen and Manager Engineering Mr. Bikramjit singh corrupted persons they don’t have sense how to behave with their employees. Their is no safety at all
