The office atmosphere is enjoyable because all of the staff members are youthful and active They have made it such that women feel secure and at ease at work. Many employees are working here for more than 5 years so there's job security.

The management treats every employee equally, so no special treatment to anyone all employees are very talented and devoted to their work. in my 5 years' tenure, they have always appraised me fairly. The energy in the office is unmatched.

Opportunity to work and coordinate with clients overseas. My seniors supported me and helped me increase my confidence. They have never delayed salary transfers. Employees are all very driven and focused work.

Our boss is really kind and friendly. As a Women, the office space feels very safe. Responsibilities are handed over quickly. No Office Politics Whatsoever.

I have worked as a BPO Team Leader for the past 6 months, before that i was just an executive. I handle a team, and i must say NDS infoserv offers great opportunity. we get to learn and new tools for client satisfaction. this will in further career growth. the best part is that we receive a timely bonus and increment, which makes us dedicate our skills.

There is no flexible timing. also on many occasions, we are made to work during festivals too.
