At first, HR said you will get fixed salary as discussed in second round of interview. After joining, after 3 months, HR told that you will get salary on your weightage, that means, how much you work full day,on that you will get salary. And this was not told by my HR in interview rounds. Nothing! Second thing is their timings, on job portal, they had mentioned 8am-6:30pm and saturday-sunday fixed off but after joining they didn't took much time to highlight their true colors. We come by 8am but log out by 7:30pm, that is almost 12 hrs a day. Job security is not there for sure and of all these reasons they have walk in interview for 12 months because I didn't see one person employed there for more than 3 months.
