Amazing quality of projects. Every day we learn we learn something new. Projects delivery dates are set after having proper diagnosis so they,re very realistic and manageable. Office environments is energetic and lively. foreign clientele gives us all great international exposure.

Dislikes

Office lacks fun activities and work gets monotonous at time.

Both the clients and the management is respectful towards client. NO overburdening of work at all. No Toxic gossip culture. Employees are well trained.

The CEO is very knowledgeable. The quality of projects is very good. No overburdening of work. No favoritism, everybody is given equal opportunity.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I handle a team, and i must say NDS infoserv offers great opportunity. we get to learn and new tools for client satisfaction. this will in further career growth. the best part is that we receive a timely bonus and increment, which makes us dedicate our skills.

I have worked as a sales manager with NDS Inforserv for the past 1 year,and until now i have had no issues from co-workers and the management. there is good growth, and the higher manager is helpful. moreover, my co-workers are ready to assist and are friendly. there are good facilities for employees like yearly bonuses, medical cover, and other essentials.
