Very Bad organisations.people don't have life . Normally working hours should be 9 hrs but company own rule is 8am to 6:30 means per day extra 1:30 & TL doing 12 hrs shift . I have worked as a sales manager with NDS Inforserv for the past 1 year,and until now i have had no issues from co-workers and the management. there is good growth, and the higher manager is helpful. moreover, my co-workers are ready to assist and are friendly. there are good facilities for employees like yearly bonuses, medical cover, and other essentials. I highly recommend NDS Infoserv.
