You will be working on some good cutting-edge tech. Work-life balance is okay.

Management is Rude, especially the people who manage the offshore team. Lack of good policies. No hike or very less hike. No flexibility in terms of hours. Very rigid with the hybrid model. They don't listen to what employees want.

At the time of pandemic, our job was secured. getting fair benefits in case of Covid 19. Singtel group has many projects but you need to be lucky to get those. Onsite opportunity is there but not long term

NCSI has less projects and not managed properly. since it is a new company the heads are also learning it seems.
