Get salary on time. In corona pandemic also they given salary without any delay. Work culture is very Good. Management was very supportive. You will never get feeling boar with your work.

Little bit pressure at the time of client Billing. In some times for overcoming that pressure you have to work on Sunday also (It's not a problem to who loves their work and greatful to their company).

No matter how hard and dedicated you may work during your tenure it does not matter during your exit One of the worst experiences after the exit. During Pandemic NCC provided salary, not done any layoffs. If no new projects they will transfer to another department not terminate the employees

No Growth for Career and Upskilling new technologies. Salary and Promotions are not Satisfactory level. In a project if you do hardwork or not given any performance same increment for all employees with slight change.

It was a very good experience for me to working with NCC LTD and their senior specially Chief Manager Accounts Sir at North East area. Very good benifits they are providing as a company andgood learning atmosphere.

for myself projects are not upto the mark. In project sites salary payments to employees is very late, around 20-27 days delay.
