Hey guys, just wanted to share my thoughts on NCC Limited. As an previous employee, I found the employees to be super supportive and the work culture here is unique. They're always ready to lend a helping hand. The only downside is the salary structure. During the interview, they negotiate the present salary as CTC, which includes LTA and Bonus. But these are annual components, so after deducting PF, LTA, and Bonus, your net salary is a bit disappointing. Also, the hikes are not that great.
