No centralised system is being implemented all over India, weak/no HR team at project sites, lack of managers who are technically strong & sound knowledge, old practices and 80% of project incharges/project managers are of diploma and ITI qualifications. Company is not good for candidates with high education qualifications/sound knowledge.

It's average and only satisfactory thing is the exposer to bigger projects that are related to central and state governments
