No centralised system is being implemented all over India, weak/no HR team at project sites, lack of managers who are technically strong & sound knowledge, old practices and 80% of project incharges/project managers are of diploma and ITI qualifications. Company is not good for candidates with high education qualifications/sound knowledge.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
