Here NCC training is good, talking about the teammates all are polite and working as a family. Appraisals are coming in time, but the think is company is giving more increments to the higher grade employee and not thinking about the lower level, all the work which is going at project level site only lower level employees working hard and company is giving more increments to Higher levels for timely completion....Read More

In NCC working environment is excellent compare to other company, The main branch which is in Hitechcity, Hyderabad is well development, as per my view this company is not giving values to the site (Project Employees) people as compare to Main branch Head office, Every employee who are working @ head office they are from their relatives like all rajus. Not giving chance to site people in Head Office. I sent a request letter & call to my higher officials to transfer me to Hyd but they are not responding, they are thinking themselves as Director of the company, I request to the director of this company please send 50% of your Head Office staff's to Project site so that they should know the values....Read More
