Coming to the HR Admin department they doesn't look after the Bachelor accomodation we are facing drinking water problem since 1 month and house keeping is also worst. During Pandemic NCC provided salary, not done any layoffs. If no new projects they will transfer to another department not terminate the employees

No Growth for Career and Upskilling new technologies. Salary and Promotions are not Satisfactory level. In a project if you do hardwork or not given any performance same increment for all employees with slight change.
