Dislikes

Poor and inexperienced leadership. No respect for individual. No planning and toxic work culture. There is no vision or long term goals, short sighted decisions are made in hap hazard way. Undeserving people at leadership position in the name of Emiratization. No focus on skill and human resource development. No job security as organisation change happens every second year.
