Dislikes

Poor and inexperienced leadership. No respect for individual. No planning and toxic work culture. There is no vision or long term goals, short sighted decisions are made in hap hazard way. Undeserving people at leadership position in the name of Emiratization. No focus on skill and human resource development. No job security as organisation change happens every second year.

Unpredictable, highly non professional culture. Work culture is extremely bad but to the professional world from outside it looks so good .Too much intradepartment politics.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
