I like the most thing is that Navjeevan trust gives opportunity to learn many new things like Leadership, Team management,Etc. The organization adopts new challenges and many more things.

Dislikes

Job security is guaranteed but growth is slow. Organization has grant based structure so getting difficulty in salary hike. many times senior colleagues did not guides in a proper way.

Work Details

Honestly speaking, my work is on field based. I have to conduct trainings, meeting with rural women. Sometimes I have to meet stakeholders.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
