1. Work balanced will end after joining this company. 2. Management team behavior was very poor with the team. 3. Working time is not fixed. 4. Management team planning is terrible.

I was working there as a senior engineer in the maintenance department for the past 4 years And experienced terrible behavior from the management team. And also the company pay structure for employ is very poor.

Give opportunities to ground level person for grow in carrier. Profit sharing is also good. Work life balance.

Dislikes

Canteen breakfast, lunch & dinner. Facilities need to improve. Annual incentive month increase every year and those month amount not cover.
