Don't believe there ratings and reviews they are totally fraud company. Who has money they can do anything i guess u believe that. The founder, director Rungta is a 3rd class person. Besically he don't know how to talk. Showing attitudes using slang, bad words. If you are comfortable with that then its fine

Nothing I liked working here. Toxic Owners are making the place horrible and forcing managers to become toxic. I was forced to resign and leave. Work here if you're not getting job anywhere

I loved my time there in Navsoft. Most of the people are helpful except a few. but that is part of every experience. I'm thankful to Navsoft for providing me the opportunity.

Dislikes

HR policies need a lot of improvement. Some people have very very rude languages which can easily demoralise employees. Toilets are unhygienic.
