You will face so many challenges while working in Navsoft, which will make you strong to face any type of worse challenges.

Dislikes

Work culture and superior are very toxic. They are only thinking about their income. Neither thinking about employee nor their growth.

Don't believe there ratings and reviews they are totally fraud company. Who has money they can do anything i guess u believe that. The founder, director Rungta is a 3rd class person. Besically he don't know how to talk. Showing attitudes using slang, bad words. If you are comfortable with that then its fine
