Management behaviour to employee. They thought management always write whatever they are thinking. Job security is not there. They treat employees like slave. They can not utilize employees as per their skill set, because they don't know how to utilize employees to get optimal result from them. Now they are calling old employees to re-join, because most of the old people resigned and no one wants to join/re-join in this company....Read More
