Unprofessional seniors, no rules and regulations, more than baniya company, no leaves neither Indian nor US basically on paper only, no proper accounting, third class in-house application. I resigned but organization didn't allowed me to serve Notice period, asked me not to come from next day ( reimbursed two month salary) and biggest part in the company record showing laid off because of under performance. In the relieving letter mentioning stupid clause you can't join same industry for two years, question is NAV Backoffice is going to pay for two year for livelihood....Read More

Never thought i would enjoy training so much but here they feel practical and to the point it's not just technical skills- some sessions help you build on soft skills as well which is important for career growth in the longer run.
