Very good working environment. The employees are very supportive and friendly no matter which position they belong to.

Dislikes

They will initially hire an employee on a fixed contract(6 months). They will tell you that you will be made permanent after 6 months. Then after 6 months instead of making the employee permanent, they will extend the contract which will be for another 6 months. The same repeats. During the contract period there wont be any hike in salary</mark>. Also, they make you work extensively. I never felt secure at work and there is no work life balance. Management is very poor in understanding how to run a team, there are many instances which I could point out - First starting from welcoming us into RBS was so lethargic and training plan is so inadequate for us to perform our Job even after raising the issue. Management did try to bridge the gap but still it didn't help us in long run. Company policies are good but Indian management do not follow them completely they use when it benefits them. I loved the job it was very interesting and motivating but I couldn't survive because of management flaws. If the issues are sorted out then I would be happy to work in the same profile.
