During appraisal discussions, the management frequently justifies minimal increments by claiming that your salary is already above the industry benchmark—a statement far removed from reality. You may feel trapped by the rigid 90-day notice period policy, which not only limits your mobility but also causes you to lose touch with critical interview skills.
