I could actually give 0 stars if given an option because this place is full of politics and egoistic people. They don’t care about you nor your career. You should rather work for a small firm than this pathetic bunch of people

The firm is not worth to join. Immence politics in taxation department. Manager mam and director sir give names to client and employees. They think that everyone is below them. Partner is not interested in day to day activities. I would say don't join here at any cost, even if this is the last option. Very strict timing for employees and article. With no leave in emergency as well.

Hopeless CA Firm to work in. Taxation department is worst and full of politics. Head of Taxation department Mr. Ranjeet natu and his manager Sachin Duggal tortures abuses with bad words articles. They didn't follow any ICAI rules. I'll suggest not to join the Taxation department Very unhealthy work place environment. Lot's of nepotism, bramhinical dominance, bullying. No work culture no work ethics. One can experience how disturbing a real life corporate politics can be..!! Partners in the firm don't know what is going on at the ground level. Sometimes they don't want to know because they themselves harass people who work for them.

To be very Frank I didn't like a single thing being in NPCA. Only the 2 partners out of 4 had human values and was very polite but was of no use because they didn't had that much power. To be very Frank NPCA is a very reputed firm in the market but no one knows how disturbing it is from inside.

There are 4 partners in this Firm. 1 is sleeping partner. It's a very famous firm in Pune corporate type. 3 partners manage 3 divisions taxation statutory audit and internal audit. I want to specially write review on taxation department. It's worst of worst. The politics they do. It has the worst manager. Partner doesn't know what goes behind his back. He harrases employees and asks for refund in cash if the stipend paid.
