I completed my articleship with NPCA in Accounts & Tax department. and it was an exception experience. The firm provides excellent work culture with Saturday Sunday off, they also have standard leave policy so you can plan your study leave accordingly and the work is planned so excellently even in july seasons you don't need to worklate nights. In Tax department you get direct access to the partner Mr. Ranjit Natu who is extremely supportive and approachable. Under his Guidance i have learn everything from basic accounting to handling complex NRI returns and scrutiny notices. Overall all culture is really good, it’s a very hard to find CA firm which give you a good work life balance, Good amount of Exposure. Along with Good culture. All the staff including partners are really very friendly.

I could actually give 0 stars if given an option because this place is full of politics and egoistic people. They don’t care about you nor your career. You should rather work for a small firm than this pathetic bunch of people

Hopeless CA Firm to work in. Taxation department is worst and full of politics. Head of Taxation department Mr. Ranjeet natu and his manager Sachin Duggal tortures abuses with bad words articles. Holidays they never give They didn't give overtime for working late night in tax seasons They didn't follow any ICAI rules. I'll suggest not to join the Taxation department

I have done my CA internship from NPCA in the tax department. Now with 3 years of post qualification experience in M&A Tax, when I look back, I am immensely thankful for the managers / partners / staff and my colleagues. I have learnt discipline, clean formatting of documents, clean presentation, ability to meet tight deadlines, accountability and in depth knowledge of taxation, basically everything that an intern should ask for in order to build a better corporate base.
