The organization's only decision making body is the board without recourse to the rank and file directs for implementation of such decisions and policies. Training needs of staff are not given any better attention. Progression is nothing to take home about. Staff do not have any meaningful job security if the unfortunate situation oc curs on any of us that we cannot work again. Staff are not briefed on selection processes for awards and rewards....Read More

Work is enjoyable, although become hectic sometimes when you need transport to conduct Monitoring and Evaluation Exercises at both the Health Facilities site and at District offices. Meeting Annual targets become challenging without necessary accoutremen
