There is no work Culutre in Natco Pharma. No Job Security. Work life balance is so poor for post of Managers. Since Incapable person holding senior position in Sales and HR Department so no chances of skills development.

to be Honest there some people who are spoiling the culture of the company and too much politics at the upper level, there are a lots of negative people in this company who will keep you troubled that too without any reason.

1. Paternity leave facility not included which is really important. 2. Some employees those are local, they miss used their power and create a bad culture in office, also they try to suppressed the talent of those employees who are outsider.

everything.. worst culture, I have ever seen... nothing to learn and grow. Whatever the boss says, you have to follow.. doesn't matter right or wrong. there is a separate time for tea boys and girls....that is 10 min... no jeans and sleeveless are allowed. HR, without a degree in HR, roams around the whole day with his diary to note, who is talking who is walking. ph is not allowed... it is a 60-year-old cultured company... top management has no idea what the senior managers are doing....Read More
