Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We are sorry that you had a bad experience with us. There are employees who have been working with us for more than 7-8 years. The core team is still there who has been with us since starting of the company. Company has to follow a certain process. Firing happens only if a number of chances are given to employees but employees do not improve the work performance or behaviour. For any company, Employee is an asset and for Nanostuffs employees are like family members. Removal of employees is done only in extreme cases. Still we will take your opinion into consideration and will definitely try to improve.
