The core team is still there who has been with us since starting of the company. Company has to follow a certain process. Firing happens only if a number of chances are given to employees but employees do not improve the work performance or behaviour. For any company, Employee is an asset and for Nanostuffs employees are like family members. Removal of employees is done only in extreme cases. Still we will take your opinion into consideration and will definitely try to improve.

Owners are very supportive Manager are also supportive and cooperative, mainly I have worked with Sanket Bhansali, he is really supporting and cooperative. Seniors and colleague are really helpful and supportive. Overall nice experience with company, I resigned because of some personal reasons but if in future will get back to IT industry I will definitely try to back with same company.

As such no dislike but need to arrange more fun games, Get together, vocational trip because one can stuck and feel hectic in busy schedule of working.
