1. Supporting higher management. If you don't want to work on this stuff they will guide you, and give you time to try but at last, they will consider you. 2. Good internal hike compared to top MNC'c. I got more than 50%.

They probably have done a fraud regarding employee's pf. They had a court case going on. Please be very careful before joining this company. Only join of you don't have any other option.
