1. Worst leave policies. Work extra but dare to apply comp off, it will be rejected due to any reason and the hours you have charged in client’s timesheet will go to Nagarro’s budget. 2. Bad fixed / optional holidays (non inclusive). 3. Bad insurance coverage plans. 4. Worst promotion policies. No raise for getting promoted. 5. Yearend appraisals are also very bad. 6. Variables in Nagarro, are divided into 2 parts- a) Allocational bonus (which you get full, only if you are on project and not on bench). b) Organisational bonus (started 3 years ago), but employees just received it once, as it depends on company’s performance. And the company is not performing well, that it why they are cutting the organisational bonuses for everyone. May be, higher management are getting though. 7. Even after clearing 3 round of interviews, you will be on bench and again struggling to appease internal interviewer and then client side interviewer to get the project, else sit on bench and loose your allocational bonus....Read More

Work life balance is good. Work from home is the best feature of Nagarro - which is practical for IT indeed in a pocket and environment friendly manner.

Dislikes

Quality of work is not as good as marketed. Career growth and appraisals are not good enough. Many employees would simply resign if WFH is revoked, that is the only reason to stay for most.
