Everything . Never ever join this company. They will put you on bench for months and then they say you 3 chances to clear the interview and get the project. I have given 2 interviews and I have not selected for the project then after 4 months of no work no interview, a meeting has been scheduled with the HR and they said that my performance was bad ,my reviews are bad and they directly put me into the notice period few days ago. This company is the worst worst worst. Can't be trusted at all. When I am not even getting a interview for the project then on what basis you are judging my performance and when I have already given increment 2 times then how my reviews are bad. Company is very good for experienced person and freshers are just their playing material they fire like hell only 2 project interview chances are provided for project allocation and then you are fired.

Only the work from anywhere policy was something good but even that was not 100% true. Everything is a lie here.

Working here was a nightmare for me. Almost had my career destroyed. They hired me for java dev role and started offering me business analyst, digital analyst and even non tech roles. And then eventually fired me after keeping me on bench for 4 months.
