The culture is it's strength. No hierarchy is there in its culture. That means, every employ has only his responsibilities to fulfill but all are equal at last. Both CEO and a fresher is on same level in gist. CARING is its policy and Nagarro fulfills its polity very well. Learning curve and career growth is entirely based on yourproject but Nagarro offers you freedom to build your destiny via new era programs like "No QA Left Behind", "No Tech Left Behind" etc. Work life balance is its top priority always. And, in post COVID times, it changed its policies to "Work From Anywhere" which is a cool thing itself. Compensation is on par compared to any other service giants. I like many things about my company .Here Employee will have many Opportunities of learning new things, work on New technologies. As Label of my company 'Thinking Breaking thoughts' they always proved this. One of best thing here you did good work then monthly they Rewarded you as share your achievement with All employees, this gives more motivation to hard work.

Dislikes

I don't have much which I dislike about my company. But sometime I have to work 16-17 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
