Nothing, work life balance is terrible as company expects its employees to work for more than 9 hours and even more so the management doesn’t welcome good ideas for minimising the working with effective skills and tools. The management of finance department don’t want to change the orthodox working and treat their employees as unskilled employees.

Everything, I thought the company is a people company and would treat its employees as part of family because they always say that we all employees are a part of one big family. But they don’t believe in this statement, I wish employees could take a stand and talk about their stress or feelings more often but there isn’t any platform which welcomes this type of initiative. Its proper service based company with projects taken on strict timelines and no consideration given for the challenges faced so we basically need to do and complete work stretching working hours..
